NEW COSTA RICA HONEY
Our new coffee, Hermosa, comes from a coffee farm co-operative in Costa Rica. The coffee cherries are picked across some of the 1070 members farms and delivered to Santa Maria de Dota, where they go through a 24 hour fermentation period before de-pulping. 70% of the mucilage is left on the parchment, and they are then dried on patio.
The coffee is vibrant, sweet, and clean—everything you'd expect in your cup!
The producers, Coope Dota, were also the first in the world to be certified carbon-neutral back in 2011, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
